Removal of One Entry from the United Nations Security Council Sanctions List
Pursuant to Section 3A of the International Obligations (Economic & Ancillary Measures) Amendment Act, 2019, and pursuant to resolution 1970 (2011), supervised financial institutions (“SFIs”) and the general public are hereby informed that the United Nations Security Council (“UN Security Council”) has updated its Sanctions List as follows:
