To facilitate international co-operation and effective consolidated supervision, the Central Bank of The Bahamas, where applicable, may enter into Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with foreign regulatory authorities.
The Central Bank has now provided, for licensees' information, a model MOU text which will generally be followed in these agreements.
