Non-Resident Company Designation


i. name and address of entity (including trade name, if applicable);

ii. certificate of Incorporation or Registration in The Bahamas;

iii. confirmation of the specific purpose for which the entity was established and whether its activity will be conducted in The Bahamas and/or elsewhere;

iv. confirmation of whether the company will conduct business with residents, non-residents or both;

v. authorized share capital including par value, number and class(es) of shares (only required for locally incorporated entities);

vi. name, address and, if applicable, the Bahamas Immigration status (supported by copy of the relevant pages of the passport and, if applicable, Bahamas immigration document) of each shareholder;

vii. number of shares (to be) held by each shareholder and consideration (to be) paid for the shares (only required for locally incorporated entities);

viii. where there are corporate shareholders:

(a) name of the shareholder(s) and copy of Certificate(s) of Incorporation, Certificate(s) of
Registration or similar document(s); and
(b) name, address and, if applicable, the Bahamas Immigration status (supported by copy of the relevant pages of the passport and Bahamas immigration document, if applicable) for each of the corporate shareholder’s shareholders.

ix. copy of Government license or approval, or approval issued by local financial services regulator, if applicable.
