i. a copy of the applicant’s current Business License;
ii. confirmation of whether the applicant’s commercial activities have been approved by the Central Bank of The Bahamas;
iii. a copy of the Franchise Agreement;
iv. a copy of incorporating documents for the franchisor;
v. a copy of the relevant pages of the passport along with documentation to confirm the Bahamas immigration status, if any, for the franchisor’s ultimate beneficial owner(s); and
vi. confirmation of whether the franchisor is publicly traded.
i. a copy of the relevant pages of the passport for the applicant; and
ii. a copy of the applicant’s Bahamas immigration document, if applicable.
i. a copy of the company’s Certificate of Incorporation and incorporating documents (i.e., Memorandum & Articles of Association);
ii. a copy of the company’s Certificate of Good Standing;
iii. a copy of the company’s certified share register;
iv. a copy of the relevant pages of the passport for each shareholder; and
v. documentation to confirm the Bahamas immigration status for each of the company’s shareholders, if applicable.
N.B.: If shares in the corporate applicant are held by an entity or in a nominee capacity, we require copies of the incorporating documents for each entity along with documentation to confirm the identity and Bahamas immigration status, if applicable, for each beneficial owner.
